We offer different payment options to suit your needs

Debit/Credit Card

Enter your MasterCard or VISA details.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the completion of your purchase.
You can use this invoice to process your NDIS Claim within the MyGov portal.

You can also save your Card details for future purchases, speeding up the checkout process

Funds Transfer

To pay by funds transfer follow these 5 easy steps:

  1. Add the products or services you want to buy to your shopping cart
  2. Select ‘Pay by Funds Transfer’ at checkout
  3. At the completion of the check out process, an invoice will be emailed to you with instructions on how to pay.
  4. Pay this invoice via funds transfer to the bank account details supplied on the invoice/s.
  5. Your order will be shipped or the service can be provided once payment has been received.

Plan Managed

If you are eligible * for Pay by Plan Manager follow these simple steps:

  1. Add the products or services you want to buy to your shopping cart
  2. Select ‘Pay by Plan Manager’ at checkout
  3. Input the details of your Plan Manager including their organisation name and email address.
  4. Once you have completed the check out process, an invoice will be sent to your nominated Plan Manager.
  5. Your Plan Manager will review the invoice and if approved, will arrange payment.
  6. Your order will be shipped or the service can be provided once payment has been received.

You can also save your Plan Manager details for next time, speeding up the checkout process.

*To be eligible for Pay by Plan Manager you must be registered as a Bcause Member, are an NDIS Participant, have an established relationship with your NDIS Plan Manager who can arrange payment on your behalf

NDIA Managed (known as Agency Managed)

If your Plan or Funds are managed by the NDIA, you can only purchase products or services from NDIS registered providers.

 NDIS Registered Providers are marked with this icon on the Bcause Store

To pay with NDIA Managed Funds follow these steps

  1. Add the products or services you want to buy to your shopping cart.
    Note: You can filter items by NDIS Registered Providers
  2. Select ‘Pay with NDIA Managed Funds’ at checkout
  3. Input the details of the Participant
  4. Once you have completed the check out process, an enquiry will be sent to the Provider/s who will then contact you to create a Service Booking and NDIS Payment Request.
  5. Your order will be shipped or the service can be provided once your NDIS Payment Request is approved.
    Note: you will be notified when this occurs.

Please note: If purchasing from multiple Providers you will receive contact from each of these to arrange a Service Booking and NDIS Payment request.
