COVID-19: How we’re supporting you

As the effects of COVID-19 continue to change all of our lives, we wanted to let you know what Bcause is doing to ensure you can continue to receive the supports you need from the providers you trust.

We’re working with all of our providers to make sure we’re up to date with how they’re operating. Some of our providers have indicated they are not able to deliver their usual service during this time, so you may notice certain products aren’t available for now.

If you’re having trouble locating a product on Bcause, let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you.

If a provider is unable to fulfil an order, you will be offered a full refund or for your order to be placed on hold until delivery services are resumed.

We appreciate your patience as we make every effort to give all our valued members the best possible service.
